What I Like to talk About

The most important story you will ever tell is the one you tell yourself. Written by your child self, your inner story describes who you are, how life works, and your place in the world. This false narrative and the maladaptive beliefs that follow from it can be rewritten as an adult to support the changes you seek. Change will not occur unless supported by your inner story.
