Talk title: Develop A Rock Star Organization Everyone Wants to Work for.
Everyone wants to be significant whether that is individually or organizationally. In today’s world, it is getting harder and harder. Developing a rock star organization takes work but has great rewards. Rewards both for profitability and in production.
First of all, I am a leadership development expert who has the heart to see organizational culture be the healthiest and the most productive it can be. In today’s world, there are so many distractions and challenges that culture often just happens. Good or bad it grows and sometimes morphs into something that is not what the leader intended for it to be.
My talk “How to Develop a Rock Star Organization” addresses this issue. I identify what culture is and what is a good culture and what is a bad culture. I look at identifying employee engagement and how the leader can engage their people to develop a culture that is growing and healthy. I give practical advice and examples to help the participants identify their culture and understand how they can influence it.
With over 35 years of leadership experience, Tim has learned what it takes to lead a strong organization. The last ministry that he worked at the organization grew over 10 percent each year that he was the director. He’s been through the trenches observing both the good and the bad of leadership. Living in a foreign country has given him some great insights into both organizational cultures as well as the culture in general. I have worked in the trades as well as for nonprofits which include serving as the director of a camp in the Bahamas. I love spending time with my wife and family as well as enjoy the outdoors.

I have lived in a different culture as well as have experienced many good as well as bad work cultures. From these experiences I have a passion to develop leaders to take their organizations further faster through a healthy organizational culture.
